富碱性水弱胶结软岩巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要:

针对碱水环境下大南湖七号煤矿弱胶结软岩巷道大变形问题, 综合采用现场实测与数值计算等手段, 研究了碱水侵蚀下弱胶结软岩巷道围岩变形机制, 分析了不同支护参数下巷道围岩塑性区演化及锚杆(索)承载特性, 提出了弱胶结软岩巷道最佳支护方案。结果表明: 现有支护参数下, 巷道整体移近量及锚杆索受力均呈现先急剧增大后缓慢增大趋势, 且2.0m内顶板裂隙较为发育; 富碱性水弱胶结软岩巷道具有初期变形快、浅部离层大的变形特点, 应采取及时支护措施; 锚杆、锚索排距是巷道围岩变形与锚杆、索载荷值的主控因素; 提出并验证了锚杆预应力50kN、锚固长度1.5m、锚杆排距750mm、锚索排距1500mm的支护方案, 实现了巷道长时稳定。

Abstract:

Abstract: In view of the large deformation of weakly cemented soft rock roadway in Dananhu No.7 coal mine under alkaline water environment, the deformation mechanism of weakly cemented soft rock roadway surrounding rock under alkaline water erosion was studied by means of field measurement and numerical calculation, the evolution of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock under different support parameters and the bearing characteristics of anchor rods and ropes were analyzed, and the best support scheme for weakly cemented soft rock roadway was proposed. The results show that under the existing support parameters, the overall shifting amount of the roadway and the anchor rods and ropes bearing tend to increase sharply first and then slowly, and the shallow delamination phenomenon is obvious; the weakly cemented soft rock roadway with rich alkaline water has the characteristics of rapid initial deformation and large shallow delamination, timely support measures should be taken; the anchor rod and anchor rope row distance is the main control factor of the deformation of the surrounding rock and the anchor rod and rope loading value of the roadway; the proposed and verified anchor rod pre-stress of 50N, anchor length The support scheme of anchor pre-stress 50N, anchor length 1.5m, anchor rod row distance 750mm and anchor cable row distance 1500mm is proposed and verified, and the long-time stability of the roadway is achieved.
